The current version of Adobe Reader is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and can be downloaded at https://get.adobe.com/reader/ My files that you personalize with your information work ONLY with this program. You must open the program and then open your file within the program.

NOTE: If you have opened your PDF file with a PDF reader other than Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and are still finding that the file does not work when you do open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, you may have corrupted the file with the first program. Follow these steps:

1. Delete the file totally from your computer.
2. Re-download it.
3. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
4. Then open the file within the program.

Banners Tip: When printing out banners, changing the font style or size is not recommended. They are programmed to center the font chosen at the size shown. Changing the color is recommended and can be fun, try it out!

Note: Older printers that do not print to the bottom of the page may cut off some of the banner. Please check by previewing your printed page and choosing “Fit” instead of “Actual Size” under Page Sizing and Handling. This will change the size of the printed items by less than 5% and they will fit to the page size your printer needs.
